Mobile Phone Goes Green

Many things are now going green and now it looks like the turn of the mobile phone.

If you appliances already have the energy star they are deemed to be green and of course you have the option of going green when it comes to the car thanks to the hybrid. When buying your next mobile though, will there be an option for somebody who wants to help to save the world?

Well there is and it comes in the form of Sprint and Samsung teaming up. Unbelievably the new phone is made from corn and is made up by using 80% recyclable materials. You have to question why this hasn’t been done before though? Now that most people in the developed world seem to own at least one mobile phone, it seems crazy why this sort of phone hasn’t been released sooner!

The phone charger itself now has the energy star on it and some of the applications on the phones are even put on there beforehand to try and make you a greener person. Pre-loaded apps from the Discovery Channel have been put on there to help turn you into a greener person as a whole. They have even put a glossary on there to help explain things on climate changes.

This isn’t the end of it for this phone, it is also a smartphone with GPS, you get to browse the web and it even has speech recognition. It also confirms that technology seems to be leaping forward at an alarming rate.

Of course it doesn’t just have to stop on the phone, you can buy so many different things for the home that are green and eco-friendly now whether that is accessories for the kitchen as well as accessories for the bathroom So whatever ethical homeware you are looking to change there is always something out there for you to choose.It makes you think about what they might come up with next. Technology is wonderful, but where will it all end?
